Training Needs Analysis

A Training Needs Analysis is one of the most important components to a successful training event for your organisation.

Done correctly it can save a typical corporation many thousands of dollars. If not done at all, it can mean that the wrong type or content of Training is implemented.

A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) will show any gaps between what Managers WANT and what Employees NEED to achieve the goals of the business. This way the training can be adapted in order to ensure everyone’s outcome requirements are addressed.
