One on One training

Advantages of One-on-One

One on one training provides intensive training experience for each employee.

Examples of where this might be required is for a senior executive needing to quickly come up to speed on a new program or topic.

Often time poor and in need of flexible, short bursts of training between other commitments, one on one training can provide an ideal solution for high level employees.

One on one training can also be used to mentor staff in particular areas of need.
